Whether you are planning an intimate wedding ceremony or a grand event, we offer over 10,000 square feet of distinctive event space from which to select. In addition, we have recently introduced The Pavilion at The Vintage Estate. This new outdoor garden area will accommodate over 1000 guests.

Vintage Estate Wedding Ceremonies

Each wedding is special and unique, therefore, all pricing will be specific to your particular event. In addition to our Special Wedding Packages, you may use the following information to help custom design the event which best reflects your own personal style.

The Pavilion at The Vintage Estate

The Pavilion at The Vintage Estate is a classic California-style dual garden design featuring a central flowing watercourse and lush open spaces bordered by evergreen elm and flowering magnolia trees. Two adjoining gardens offer distinctively beautiful settings. The West Garden, with a bridal path and wedding arbor, is ideally suited for grand events. This diverse space can host 570 guests for a wedding ceremony, 700 guests for a reception and 400 guests for a formal plated lunch and dinner. The East Garden is perfect for more intimate functions, or as an adjunct to the West Garden for larger events. The verdant garden can hold up to 320 guests for a ceremony, 450 guests for a reception and 220 guests for an exquisitely plated lunch and dinner. Combined, The Pavilion can accommodate over 1,000 guests for a reception-style event.

Wedding Day Radiance – Spa at Villagio – our Sister on the Vintage Estate

Arrive to your wedding day with the radiant glow of vibrant health and relaxed energy.

Called “A Sybarite’s heaven” by Town & Country magazine, within the peaceful sanctuary of the Spa at Villagio we blend the natural elements of the Napa Valley with influences of the Mediterranean to create a personal spa experience. A full spa menu infuses treatments with the region’s bounty using crushed grapes, grape-seed oils and scrubs, plant and flower essences to create a spa experience like no other.  Amenities include a private outdoor 40-foot lap pool and two thermal pools, steam and dry sauna, indoor-outdoor showers, his/her changing rooms with personal lockers, plush robes, sandals and cucumber-scented chilled towels.
 

Your Private Spa for the Day

Allow us to pamper you and your wedding party with a day of prenuptial self-indulgence at our Spa.  Our “Spa for the Day” package allows you to reserve the entire spa for your wedding party of up to 20 people. The package includes 4 treatments per person with your choice of massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, herbal wraps and body scrubs. Private poolside dining and beverage service from our spa menu is also available. Your Catering Manager will be pleased to provide details.
